The Hotel Playa Caribe is located on the northeast coast of the island of Margarita on the caribbean sea, forming part of a set of highly attractive beaches, among which are: Puerto Cruz, Manzanillo, Pedro González and Playa Caribe itself. Also in the vicinity of the terrain are places of historical importance such as Fortín de La Galera, Los Mártires lagoon; and commercial centers such as the city of Juan Griego where a wide range of services is available to the visitor.

The land consists of about 100,000 m2 (10 Ha.) Of gross area. Enjoy the northeast winds, an average annual temperature between 18º and 35º celsius, attractive sunsets, 250 linear meters of white sand beach, and easy road access through Costanera Avenue (ART-3) that runs through its eastern end connecting Juan Griego with the populations of the northeast of the Island. All these characteristics make the Hotel Playa Caribe a unique opportunity for the development of a tourism project that with an ecological approach works as an example of sustainability, a source of generation of jobs, community improvement and respect for the environment.

For the organization of the program within the lot, it was decided to divide the land into two sectors differentiated by its use: The northern part with an area close to 80% of the total lot is intended for recreational and hotel use, while the southern sector, furthest from the coast it is intended for commercial and service uses for the Hotel. This division is established through the construction of an east-west street that functions as an access road to the hotel and allows the development of the areas to the west of the lot.
