1. Architecture and Engineering Projects: Imagining and Shaping the Future
The architectural project is an essential tool for visualizing, exploring, and precisely shaping the future. In addition to the Architecture Project, we offer complementary engineering services that guarantee optimal coordination and execution of the work.

– Casa Patio: Transformation of a neovasque house into a modern restaurant in La Castellana, while maintaining the original essence of the building.
– Casa C: Design of a home for a young sports-loving couple and their children, maximizing natural light and surrounding views.
– Kamarata U.E. Liceo Padre Carvajal: Design in partnership with AREPA Oficina de Arquitectura of a sports and service facility in the Canaima National Park, promoting environmental sustainability.
– Hotel Playa Caribe: Seaside hospitality project aimed at minimizing energy consumption in a 5-star establishment.
– Casa en Waltham: Remodeling of a wooden house in partnership with AREPA Oficina de Arquitectura on the outskirts of Boston for a Latin American couple of musicians and composers.

2. Construction phase services
The architect’s core responsibility during this phase is to guarantee that the project is going to be built in accordance to the project approved by the owner and help the contractor to do so. Different owner-architect-contractor agreements require different levels of service on the architect’s part.
3. Maintenance of Buildings and Installations.
We provide Building Maintenance services (housing, offices, diplomatic headquarters, hotels, etc.) with a group of professionals, technicians and workers, specialized in electrical, sanitary, refrigeration (HVAC), voice and data, carpentry, masonry, blacksmithing and paint.
The quality and commitment of our staff in carrying out this service has led us to work with clients such as the American Embassy, the Japanese Embassy, the Uruguayan Embassy, etc.
Some of the maintenance work we do:
Plumbing.
Masonry.
Carpentry and blacksmith.
Piping and electrical wiring.
Waterproofing.
Painting and caulking of walls and ceilings.
Drywall partition construction.
Preventive maintenance of A.A. (HVAC).
Construction of white water and wastewater networks.

4. Clients
We have the experience of having designed and executed buildings, extensions and remodeling for private, institutional and corporate clients. We have worked alongside each of them with the aim of obtaining the best possible result and process.
