Our proposal was selected by the evaluation committee of the Hospital de Clínicas Caracas for the remodeling of the restaurant of the institution, as well as the kitchen areas that serve hospitalization.
Our proposal seeks two goals, on the one hand making the restaurant kitchen independent from the one that serves the rooms, and on the other hand renewing the restaurant’s image with the aim of offering visitors and employees a parenthesis within the hectic dynamics of the Hospital de Clínicas.
