Located on a hill that connects to Caruao Beach, this Inn has a plot of 3,995 m2 and 585 m2 of construction.
Given the topographical characteristics and geometry of the plot, the building is made up of 2 volumes or naves arranged parallel to each other in a north-south direction. Both are connected through a patio and are organized as follows: The eastern nave contains, on its upper floor, the social areas and the open kitchen of the inn. Due to its layout and use, it enjoys great views of Caruao Beach. The western nave has greater privacy and houses the guest rooms. The building has, on its eastern nave, a lower floor intended for a small apartment for longer stays.
General services and support areas are located at the entrance of the plot.
