We are an architecture firm in Caracas, offering innovative and personalized solutions in design, construction, and maintenance to clients in Caracas, Valencia, Maracay, and other cities in Venezuela.<\/p>\n

Our team of architects, engineers, technicians, and construction workers collaborates closely with each client to develop proposals that meet their desires, needs, and resources. This collaboration is based on the professional and technical criteria of a team that includes university professors affiliated with the architecture and design workshops of USB, UCAB, and UCV.<\/p>\n

We have extensive experience in developing residential, commercial, corporate, and tourism projects, among others. We also undertake construction, remodeling, and maintenance work for houses, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to create spaces and buildings that, in harmony with their surroundings, improve the lives of their inhabitants. We integrate quality, functionality, viability, and aesthetics into every design.<\/p>\n

1. <\/b>Architecture and Engineering Projects: Imagining and Shaping the Future<\/h4>\n

The Project is the essential tool for exploring and shaping ideas; it is the platform that allows the client to evaluate and make the decisions that will determine what their home or business will be. The Project will be the blueprint that governs the execution of the construction work, enabling the coordination of all parties, anticipating results, facilitating process control and auditing, and minimizing risks and surprises.<\/p>\n

The Architectural Project consists of a series of technical documents that represent what has been approved by the client.<\/p>\n

2. Construction phase services<\/h4>\n

The architect\u2019s core responsibility during this phase is to guarantee that the project is going to be built in accordance to the project approved by the owner and help the contractor to do so. Different owner-architect-contractor agreements require different levels of service on the architect\u2019s part.<\/p>\n

3. Maintenance of Buildings and Installations.<\/h4>\n

We provide Building Maintenance services (housing, offices, diplomatic headquarters, hotels, etc.) with a group of professionals, technicians and workers, specialized in electrical, sanitary, refrigeration (HVAC), voice and data, carpentry, masonry, blacksmithing and paint.<\/p>\n

The quality and commitment of our staff in carrying out this service has led us to work with clients such as the American Embassy, \u200b\u200bthe Japanese Embassy, \u200b\u200bthe Uruguayan Embassy, \u200b\u200betc.<\/p>\n

Some of the maintenance work we do:<\/p>\n

Plumbing.

\nCarpentry and blacksmith.
\nPiping and electrical wiring.
\nWaterproofing.
\nPainting and caulking of walls and ceilings.
\nDrywall partition construction.
\nPreventive maintenance of A.A. (HVAC).
\nConstruction of white water and wastewater networks.
\nInstallation of water tanks.
\nBalancing and control of electrical charges.

Our private clients have allowed us to participate in the construction of goals and desires, being these their houses, offices or ventures.<\/p>\n
